This is a list of 10 landmark judgments that were delivered by the apex court of India very recently. All these judgments are quite brave and progressive.
Right to Privacy is a fundamental right under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

Right to die with dignity is a fundamental right. Supreme Court allows passive euthanasia and living will.

10. Rakesh Kumar Paul vs State of Assam
An accused is entitled to statutory bail (default bail) under Section 167(2)(a)(2) of CrPC if the police failed to file the charge-sheet within 60 days of his arrest for the offence punishable with ‘imprisonment up to 10 years.
